All Passenger Vehicles Other Than OPIRUS, MOHAVE(HM) and CADENZA(VG)

All model years from June Order Pack of year 2010 (E1006)

C. BASIC WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty period for applicable vehicle mentioned above is thirty-six (36) months or one-hundred thousand (100,000) kilometers from the Actual Commencement Date, whichever comes first. In any case, however, any such warranty period will expire forty-eight (48) months after the date of shipment of the Applicable Vehicle shipped by KMC or its nominee at any loading port.

D. OTHER WARRANTIES CONDITIONS

Paint
The warranty period for paint is thirty-six(36) months or one-hundred thousand(100,000) kilometers from the Actual Commencement Date, whichever comes first. In any case, such warranty period will expire forty-eight(48) months after the date of shipment of the Kia Vehicles at any Korean port by Kia.

Anti-perforation
The warranty period for anti-perforation is thirty-six(36) months or one-hundred thousand (100,000) kilometers from the Actual Commencement Date. In any case, however, any such warranty period will expire forty-eight(48) months after the date of shipment of the Applicable Vehicle shipped by KMC or its nominee at any loading port.

Service Replacement Parts
The warranty period for service replacement parts is twelve(12) months or twenty thousand(20,000) kilometers from the date of installation by a distributor dealer or the date of over-the-counter purchase without installation by a distributor dealer.

Others
The warranties for others, such as, but not limited to, battery, audio, air conditioner refrigerant charge, tire are covered subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in the KIA Warranty Policy and Procedures Manual or the KIA Warranty Booklet.

Thirty-Six (36) Months/100,000 km - Worry-free comprehensive warranty covering virtually the entire vehicle. Thirty-Six (36) Months/100,000 km - Powertrain Warranty covering the engine, transmission, axles, differentials and driveshafts. 1-year/20,000 km - First-year adjustments covering consumable items such as bulbs, wiper blades, fuses, brake pads, etc. 8-year/130,000 km - Major Emission Components that guarantee that the car will conform with government emission regulations. Thirty-Six (36) months/100,000 km - Anti-Perforation warranty on body sheet metal defects in material/workmanship.
